Why Mordane exists.
Most companies do not have a software problem. They have an operations problem. There is an ERP, a CRM, email, spreadsheets, and a planning board. Still, nobody knows for certain on Tuesday morning which order is in danger.
That gap does not live in one system, so no single system fixes it. It lives between them: in handovers, waiting time, exceptions, and knowledge held in one person’s head. That dependency makes growth harder and the business more fragile when an owner or senior employee steps away.
We started Mordane to make those relationships visible and manageable. AI and automation are tools. They earn a place only when profit, continuity, decision quality, or transferability demonstrably improves.

Two founders. No layers in between.
Founder · operations and commerce
Delivered AI and data work at Port of Rotterdam and for an international payments platform. Runs every session personally, from first workshop to working layer.
Founder · systems and models
Built predictive models at Erasmus MC and for Gemeente Rotterdam. Only believes in models a person can question, and builds the systems around that.
