Why Mordane exists.
Most companies do not have a software problem. They have an operations problem. There is an ERP, a CRM, email, spreadsheets, a planning board. And still nobody knows for certain on Tuesday morning which order is in danger.
That gap does not live in any one system, so no single system fixes it. It lives between them: in handovers, in waiting time, in knowledge that lives in one head. We started Mordane because that gap is the most expensive part of every operational company, and because AI can now read and summarize well enough to do something about it.
On one condition: the machine recommends, the person decides. That is not caution. That is how you keep a team that trusts and understands the system it works in.

Founder · operations and commerce
Delivered AI and data work at Port of Rotterdam and for an international payments platform. Runs every session personally, from first workshop to working layer.
Founder · systems and models
Built predictive models at Erasmus MC and for Gemeente Rotterdam. Only believes in models a person can question, and builds the systems around that.
